Eddy Paul Thomas is a bestselling author, leadership coach, and consultant who helps leaders and organizations navigate complexity, strengthen relationships, and lead with clarity and purpose. As the founder of Ok…On Second Thought Coaching and Elevate 1 Consulting, he brings a practical, human-centered approach to leadership development grounded in both strategy and self-awareness. He is also the host of The Unbroken Place with Eddy Paul Thomas.
A former walk-on basketball player at Purdue University during the 1995–96 Big Ten Championship season, Eddy’s early experience in a high-performance team environment, along with the challenge of a career-ending knee injury, shaped his lifelong focus on resilience, identity, and growth.
With more than 20 years of experience across leadership and mental health, Eddy is the author of The Conscious Shift, which debuted in Amazon’s Top 100 leadership books, and A Broken Seat at the Table, as well as children’s books and journals, including two #1 Amazon titles.
